A Research On CSR Of Transnational Corporations In China

Nowadays, transnational corporations expend their business in a high speed all around the world,so it has high academic value and practical significance to give research in Corporate SocialResponsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility has become the hotspot in management,economics and sociology, but till now supporters still cannot find solid theoretical foundationand perfect logic as those in mainstream corporate theories.As China's market is developing quickly, we have the economic environment to ask corporationsto take social responsibility. For more and more transnational corporations invest in china, itbecomes necessary to study in CSR of them in the period of china's harmonies society built.In the third chapter of this paper the author uses the stakeholder theory and social contract theoryto analyze transnational corporations" social responsibility by using economic models in order tofind out what level of social responsibility they should take. In the fourth chapter of the paper,the author makes an investigation on transnational corporations in China, and in the same timethe author uses many other investigations to give research to find out what the true level theyreally have. Finally we draw the conclusion.
