A Study On Logistics Of Packaging Lubricating Oils

Packaging lubricating oils which is occupying a more and more important position is the most profitable sales form, and it possess the most brightest future. There are the existence of many problems in logistics, the customers have complaints about the promptness of the arrival of the oils, so it greatly reduce their satisfaction.This thesis presents an optimization design about the storage, operation process, and transportation route of packaging lubricating oils. Mainly considering shortening the time the customers spend obtaining their articles, it analyzes the whole procedure of the arrival, leave and delivery of lubricating oils . Based on the analysis and optimization, it comes to a conclusion:1, the analysis of the actual storing capacity and the optimization of the sample packaging oils'various package forms enables the inventory capacity to reduce by an average rate of up to 30%. This not only speed up the turnover rate, cut down the average storage time, but also largely economize on capital, and achieves good results; 2. The design for the operation process as well as assignment and layout of partial devices in the storehouse can cut down the time of oils'getting in and out of the warehouse; 3. Predicated on considering the cost and based on the optimization theory of transportation route. The optimization of storage, operation process and transportation route makes it possible for packaging lubricating oils to realize their practical logistics optimization in sales.Furthermore, after analyzing and optimizing some representative lubricating oils, this thesis also spreads to other kinds of correlated commodities, which actually develops a method of optimizing for those similar sales sectors, so that it has a certain practicability. However, as there's much difficulty in collecting the data, the description for the transportation time among transportation sectors is not quite accurate, but merely relies on several drivers'estimated time, it has some shortage. In spite of that, this thesis's writing intentions still doesn't disturb the train of the writer's thought on the logistics optimization.
