With the continuous upgrading and application of Internet technology,cloud computing and big data technology,a shared economic model that subverts the traditional economic model has emerged.In recent years,the development of shared economy has extended from the initial shared bicycle to other industries,and the ecommerce industry has launched the shared recycling packaging in order to achieve green packaging and recycling economy.As a result,the government has issued policies and measures in emerging areas to standardize the logistics operation of e-commerce enterprises,standardize the use of shared recycling packaging,promote the reduction and greening of express packaging in e-commerce industry,build a perfect recycling and remanufacturing system,and improve the recycling and reuse efficiency of shared recycling packaging.Green,environmental protection and wisdom are the general trend of the development of e-commerce industry.On the one hand,because of the shortage of resources in our country,the price of raw materials has risen,which urges e-commerce enterprises to develop green logistics;on the other hand,sharing the input and use of recycling packaging has increased the operating cost of e-commerce enterprises,and has prompted enterprises to accelerate the optimization of the existing logistics network layout,so as to reduce the cost of logistics system.Therefore,this paper takes the shared circular packaging introduced by e-commerce enterprises as the research object,introduces LRP model to optimize logistics network,and considers the facility location and path planning in logistics system.Firstly,based on the logistics distribution network of express box,this paper constructs a forward location-positioning model,designs genetic algorithm and uses MATLAB to simulate and solve it.Secondly,the current situation of reverse recycling system is analyzed,and a forward and reverse integrated logistics distribution network about shared circular packaging is constructed.The purpose is to integrate the forward and reverse logistics distribution links.On the one hand,logistics facilities can be deployed jointly to reduce the no-load rate of vehicles;on the other hand,the recycling process of shared circular packaging is similar to that of forward logistics nodes,which can save the cost of new network nodes.According to the designed network structure,the location-location optimization model is established to determine the location and number of distribution(recycling)centers and the transportation routes of vehicles.Finally,taking S company as an example,the comparison and analysis of the results between the LRP model and the actual scheme of S enterprise proves that LRP model is reasonable and effective in solving logistics network planning.
