Mineral resources had been playing an important role in the process of thehuman's economical and society's evolution. It also had played a Pillar effect in theprocess of developed countries' Industrial Revolution. The whole world areincreasing the resources' consuming and demand as the developing countries havebegun their industrialization since the 1990's. The countries and regions that own lotsof mineral resources are facing the new period of exploiting and using the resourcesin large scale. So it is a big problem how we can find a model to realize the economysustainable development under the restricting of the present resources' andenvironmental situations. The industrial cluster of mineral resources is just the key tothis problem. The thesis will discuss the possible whether cluster's model isbeneficial to the resources' industries' sustainable development through the analysisof the industrial cluster's economic effects compared with its negative effects interms of examples of the Erdos' mineral resources 'clusters. The industrial cluster ofmineral resources can produce the effect of exterior economy, the effect of circleeconomy, the effect of innovation, and so on. According to these effects, thecluster can improve the efficient of the resources' utilization, prolong the Service life of the resources, increase the enterprises' revenue, and avoid the result of"resources' trap". But it also produces some negative effects, for example theexterior uneconomic effect, the special risks belonging to clusters, and the effect of"Sailing boat" that hinders the cluster's development and hinders the region'seconomic sustainable development. As a whole, the industrial cluster of mineralresources is the better choice for regions that are rich in resources to realize theireconomy sustainable development.
