With the development of our economy, our society is moving in to the knowledge economy era. The knowledge workers are increasingly playing a crucial role on improving the society because they are the information creators and users.Based the studies by many scholars, in this paper we break the organizational justice into three factors: distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. Depending on this classify, we also can draw this result: Compensation justice satisfaction is made of compensation distributive justice satisfaction,compensation procedural justice satisfaction and compensation interactional justice satisfaction. According to many plentiful literatures, we get that compensation justice satisfaction is the main factor affecting compensation satisfaction. So we decided to study the relationship of compensation justice satisfaction and turnover intention of the knowledge workers in this paper.This research employs questionnaire method and the SPSS statistical analysis to explore the relationship of compensation justice satisfaction and turnover intention of the knowledge workers in Hangzhou. Finally we also made a comparative analysis study according to the dividing of Gender,Educational background,Marital status and Work-term in the current company.We found there is the inverse correlation between compensation justice satisfaction and turnover intention, that is, in a different point our study also shows the relationship between compensation satisfaction and turnover intention is inverse correlation. It confirmed the other scholars' conclusion. Meanwhile we got the sorting of the influence degree by the different justice satisfaction of compensation. The order of the influence degree is: the most is compensation distributive justice satisfaction; the second is compensation procedural justice satisfaction and compensation interactional justice satisfaction is the lowest.Finally this study states: all sorts of compensation justice satisfaction have the inverse correlation with the turnover intention for knowledge workers. The influence of the compensation interactional justice satisfaction is small. The interactional justice satisfaction is no influence on the male knowledge workers, so do these with short work-term in the current company. And it only has the influence on the knowledge workers with bachelor degree. The knowledge workers with long work-term in current company are special because the strongest influence is from the compensation procedural justice satisfaction not the compensation distributive justice satisfaction.The results and findings in this research provided some basis of the right and fair compensation system formulation to the manager, then keep the human resource and enhance the employee's performance.
