In the era of global competition and knowledge economy,sustainable growthand development is depends on the advantage of enterprises. Human resources havebecome the core elements to obtain and maintain the advantage of enterprises.Chinese enterprises generally endure a series problem of labor shortage, and they takeways to attack and retain employees by raising salary et al. But it seems that theproblem can not be solved effectively. Managers are focused on how to reduce staffturnover rate. The research takes employees in enterprises of Northeast China forsamples. Using of reliability analysis, validity analysis and linear regression analysismethod, to investigate the relation between organizational justice, job satisfaction andturnover intention. Through improving their organizational justice and job satisfactionof employees, and then improving turnover intention, finally enterprises have a nicefinancial performance.The research is divided into five chapters as follows. In first chapter, thebackground, significance, the goal of this study is stated, including the content,methods, and process. Relevant literatures are reviewed and summarized in the secondchapter. The author describes research purposes and hypotheses, choosesmeasurement tools and demographic variables, and determines the way of scoring inthe third chapter. In the fourth chapter, the author analyses reliability and validity ofquestionnaires firstly. And then the correlations between organizational justice, jobsatisfaction and turnover intention are analyzed. Finally implement mediating effectof organizational justice and turnover intention. Finally, analysis conclusions arepresented:1.Organizational justice has positive impact on job satisfaction;2.Organizational justice and job satisfaction have positive impact on turnoverintention;3.Job satisfaction has mediating effect in Organizational justice and jobsatisfaction.The research puts forward three suggestions for human management inenterprise:1.Combination of staff development needs and business development;2.Create a fair atmosphere of the organization;3.Conduct employee satisfaction surveys on a regular basis. It is expected that the research could provide theoretical support for further study,and also provide a new method for human resource management.
