Study On Application Of System Science Methodology In Knowledge Management

Knowledge management is a complicated management principle, involving many contents such as social science, natural science etc. Today knowledge has become an enterprise's core competitiveness. Under the situation, knowledge management becomes more and more important in the field of management science.Knowledge management appears late, and it includes many contents. How to research the intrinsic essence of knowledge management better and how to provide good service for an enterprise's management by use of these researches have been a problem that management science must settle urgently.However, system science develops fast in recent years as a fundamental methodology science. In many fields researching science by use of system science has appeared and won great success.This article makes use of the basic theories and methods of system science to systematically introduce the essence and character of knowledge management, and put forward research method of knowledge management based on system science. Knowledge is intellectual support to maintain an organization realize sustainable development according to the system science.②Put forward the systemic essence of the knowledge management based on the research of the knowledge and the system science. Knowledge management is the means that offers better service for the organization as intellectual support.③Expatiate the function and the character of the knowledge management, which is the especial system, by means of the Entropy theory, the Evolutionism, the Zoology theory, the Control theory and the Complication theory of the system science. The systemic function of the knowledge management is the decreasing the entropy of the knowledge, maintaining the forward evolution and harmonious with environments, controlling the development of the knowledge system accord with the preconcerted objects and its complication.
