When facing transformation of economic globalization,as well as the variable pressures from economical sustainable development,our country has realized that innovation activities based on knowledge has effective impact on improving the transforming process of economic structure and altering the economy growth path.In this background,knowledge-intensive firms,which stay in the center status in exporting our country's advanced technologies,have become the key element in stabilizing the economy to a long-run fast development.Knowledge creation is not noly an essential pathway for knowledge-intensive firms to gain core competence and improve the adaptation,but also an effective protection for improving the comprehensive national strength and socialist economy's well-development.Thus it can be seen that,in this variable complex socio-economy context,it is of great theoretical and empirical importance to study into knowledge creation's evolutionary issues in knowledge-intensive firms and proposing relevant countermeasures for stabilizing our economy's development,as well as constructing of the socialist economic system with Chinese characteristics.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing relevant domestic and overseas literatures about knowledge-intensive firms and knowledge creation,I put forward correlated theortica concepts of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms.Using self-organizing evolution theory,I define the concept of self-organizing evolution of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms.With deduction of the model,cannotation,characteristics and principle of self-organizing evolution of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms are interpreted.Secondly,I address the initial condition and critical state of knowledge creation's self-organizing evolution in knowledge-intensive firms.Based on the "Stimulus-Response"principle of self-organizing evolution,this part of the thesis identifies the initial conditions of knowledge creation's self-organizing evolution in knowledge-intensive firms.On this basis,combining complexity and behavior in critical status of self-organizing evolution in knowledge creation,I establish the game model of knowledge creation's self-organizing evolution in knowledge-intensive firms and simulate the evolutionary behavior based on evolutionary stable strategy.Thirdly,I use metaphor to study into self-organizing evolutionary pathway in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms.Based on similarities between self-organizing evolution of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms and quantum motion's characterisitics,I see the self-organizing evolution in knowledge creation as quantum transition,so as to address the quantum evolution of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms and divide the evolutionary stages.With the researching results,a level-transition model of knowledge creation is constructed,which contains three parts:knowledge demand,transition levels' stages and knowledge properties' density.Then in this part of the thesis I collect data with questionnaires,analyze characteristics of the self-organizing evolution's pathway in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms with data-analysis and simulation.The fourth part of the thesis analyzes the self-organizing evolutionary space which I refer to as knowledge-flow network in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms.Aiming at upgrading the core-competence,it is noted that knowledge-flow network is the self-organizing evolutionary space in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms,based on which the affecting elements and characteristics of knowledge-flow network is identified.This part of the thesis constructs a mathmetical model of knowledge-flow network about knowledge's production mode in knowledge-intensive firms,then simulates the space status and the main indicators in the model with NetLogo whose results give references to the final discussion.In the fifth part,an exploration is taken into the self-organizing process of knowledge creation in knowledge-intensive firms with a special point of view in biological evolution.Having references in neo-Darwinism and Lamarckism,I address a dichotomy researching perspective in knowledge creation.Based on knowledge gene,as well as its selection,recombination and variation,and the relationship between knoweldge's evolution and the context,I interpret the relevant mechanisimsof self-organizing evolution in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms.It is in this part of the thesis that I compare self-organizing evolution in knowledge creation with biological evolutionary knowledge evolution,constructing the process model of knowledge evolution.With deduction of the model,controlling methods of the self-organizing evolutionary process in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms are concluded,and the concluding conditions are tested with empirical cases.Ultimately,I present some countermeasures for realizing self-organizing evolution in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms.Based on the previours analysis of self-organizing evolutionary behavior,pathway,space,and process' condition control in knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive firms,some supporting measures are listed to provide beneficial references for developing our country's knowledge-intensive firms.
