T is a communication equipment provider,with the development of science and technology,communication technology also developed rapidly.Many products and equipment need to upgrade.Small companies spend human resources and material resources regardless human resources and material resources.They organize training to let staff to understand the process of product management,the model of Product management.Usually simplify,upper and lower organizational structure functions,using serial product management process,costly and long cycle product delivery process is no doubt can not meet the current market demand.T Company has developed a lot of products to the present from the founding to the present.But more new companies come into the military field due to the integration of military and civilian background.There have a great impact in this area for this company.The company's product gross margin continues to decline,the net profit continued to decline year after year.The company seeks to explore a new path of development and innovation at the background of military and civilian integration.The company has chosen the direction of customized products in the field of military industry,hoping to expand the market of the company's military field by further specified the customer's needs.Since T was derived from independent entrepreneurial company,pre-customized product delivery more rely on the experience of product managers' management,which played a significant role in the early development of the company.As the early competition is not intense,custom products had a large profit margin.Thus the company's custom product management flaws were covered.But with the market being highly competitive,the profits of customized products continue to decline.In order to enhance their competitiveness,change the company management disorder,like the waste of resources,long term delivery cycle for customized product,low quality for the customized product and so on.T decided to optimize the customization of the product management process to improve the delivery efficiency of customized products.This paper mainly describes the optimization of T's customized product management process,which is divided into five parts.The first part of this paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research and development of the customized product and process optimization,and summarizes the content method and structure of the research.The second part mainly introduces the general situation of T Company,the customization product characteristic of T Company,the necessity of the process optimization of T company customization product,the status of customization product management process of T Company,the analysis of each stage of product management process.Analyses and displays the management process of customized products through ASME and IDEF0 model.Summarize the problems which existing in the customized product management process.In the third part of this paper is the optimization preparation for management process of customization product.From the organizational structure adjustment,product stage and the stage of the superposition of the development for product management process optimization design,and put forward the problem countermeasures through ASME method and IDEF0 model to compare the optimization before and after for the management Process,analysis of its different and improved places,which product customization stage can change to be controlled process optimization design and customization product management to be document optimization.The fourth part introduces the measures of T Company's management process optimization and the implementation of the product management control system to the implementation of the product incentive system.Display the effect of optimized process of customized product management.The fifth parts draw the conclusion of this paper.
