Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, international human resources management (HRM) faced the challenge of 3C(Customer,Competition,Change) environment and the quickness change of strategy environment. How to get and keep competition advantage becomes the key issue of a business's survival and development. The new corporation research show that more and more west corporations list the organization structure and management as the source to get competition advantage, especially human resource management. Many scholar have done serious theory study and demonstration research.In the first, this paper researched some HRM theories of international corporations, including some foreign scholars' study and the localization trend of international corporation HRM. Secondly, the author deeply interviews with 20 international corporations ( The World Top 500 ) advanced manager including HR director,general manager and sales director. Analysis the HRM mode,advantage,disadvantage and influenced factors. In the end, the author use case study method to analysis Reckitt Benckiser's recruitment,training,performance review,compensation and benefit design to provide suggestions to foreign company which are investing or will invest to China.The conclusion of this paper could be summarized as follow:1. China international corporation HRM mode shows diversification trend. Research showed that some study object have localized for saving cost and another chose Global centre mode after company go to autumn to adapt China social culture like Vernon's theory. China international corporation HRM mode shows diversification trend.2. Localization is not the finally development step of China international corporation. After the international corporations succeeded in entering into the host marketing, they will globalization and choose the best suitable candidate manager from global scope. Corporation needs the employee who can bring best profit to company, so international company emphasizes the employee's ability and suitability but not the nationality. Human Resource localization just is a step of international corporation development.3.There are other influence factor to international corporation HRM mode choice, such as holding proportion of parent company,investment of parent company,Chinese policy to foreign company,Chinese low-cost labor market and China special economic revolution period.Otherwise there are two research revelations:1. Our country's advanced manager competence2. Human resource valued standard should adapt to the local culture.
