The Study Of Ecological Industrial Park On The Second Thermal Power Plant In Chang Chun

Eco - industrial park ( EIP)arisen in the 1990s is considered to be an important approach to sustainable development. In EIP , companies use each other's waste ,through infrastructure , information share , members of EIP can realize energy cascading and water recycle. By exchange , a EIP seeks to reduce disposal of waste , reduce use of energy , natural sources , and pollution , even"zero emission","zero pollution". EIP is undergoing a fast development in many countries , yet the construction of EIP is not easy. This paper is based on the Second Thermal Power Plant , studying the instance of this company , and it will build the EIP of it. This first part addresses the basic concepts of ecological industrial park, listed the current definition of the four major ecological industrial park. By contrast traditional industrial parks, eco-industrial parks on the current basic features, mainly in the form of "5R" principles with ecological industrial park. It also introduced eco-industrial parks on the model and classification by the major ecological industrial park and the type of the respective characteristics, and introduced the United States, Canada and China has already established industrial parks and ecological characteristics. And it will combine the fact of the second thermal power plant.The second part introduce the basic of the ecological industrial park from circular economy , clean produce and the eco-industrial.The third part introduce the basement and the design of the thermal power plant .The forth part explore the ecological industrial park of the second thermal power plant.It will make the environment pollution least from waste water,solid waste. And it will make the parks developing fast.
