Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasure Of Grain Production In Anhui Province

The folk will be wise to the etiquette if the granary is rich;the word will keep security if the food is enough.Grain has been an important basic material for survival since ancient times,which relates the national economy and people’s lives. In the"Eleventh Five-Year plan "period, China made great achievements in the development of economy society, including significant increase of the grain production in this5years. As a major agricultural province and the country’s major grain base,AnHui breakthrough five hundred billion jin of the grain yield in60years and be moved out500million tons grain annually.AnHui is playing a pivotal role in the national grain security. Analysing the influencing factors of the grain production of AnHui, looking for countermeasures to increase grain production in order to develop yield continuously and efficiently,defend nation-wide grain safety, and guarantee economy society steady has an very important significance.Firstly,after deeply analysing the history and current situation of grain’s yield and development of AnHui Province since the Reforming and opening up to the outside world,and comparing the competitiveness of grain in AnHui during the "Eleventh Five-Year plan ",we conclude that the state of grain development of AnHui is still very grim,facing six difficult questions.Secondly, we use principal component analysis and production function analysis to establish two model. The results show that from1978to2009,the influencing factors of AnHui is acreage, fertilizer application, disaster area, climate and farmland irrigation, whereas grain prices, policy, labor quality and technology is in a recessive state,which should be paid our attention.Finally, in relation to current developing trend of grain in China, we expatiate the opportunities and challenges of AnHui grain production.The development of grain in AnHui is confronted with five opportunities and four major challenges.In this crucial opportunity period, AnHui should focus on the the main line of economic transformation and base on implementing the long-term plan of the national grain security,then force to set up an agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, increase policy and investment, promote the advancement of science and technology,optimize the product structure and improve the grain unit yield, so as to improve the compositive capacity of grain production.Grain production is a complex system, which is changing and enriching time over time going with the variational condition,and the influencing is get more and more complex.so this article does not fully list all of the influencing factors.Meanwhile, in the building the process of model, taking the availability and importance of the data into account,we only choose those representative index,which may reduce the results of scientificity and accuracy to a certain extent. Therefore, how to select the exact variables, and build a more appropriate model is be pay attention to in the future study and further research.
