A Research On The Government Behavior Of Long Sheng In The Development Of The Village Traveling

With the swiching of the planned economy system to the market economy system and the market economy system which begins to take shapes to the mature market economy system.Government behavior should transform along with the social conditions and the changes of environment. The local authority behavior way and the capacity directly affects the development of local economy and society. Village tourism is a newborn industry which is closely correlation with the market economy .It is certainly that the cultivation and supporting of the local government in ethnic minority areas or economic conditions for the relatively backward regions is very important to the early development of village tourism. and the strategy of the Government's comprehensive intervention and positive leadership have promoted the village traveling in vigorous development under a certain historical condition.It also has poured into the vigor for the development of local economy and society. But with the changing of social condition and environment .It also initiates many social contradictions and problems and directly affects the sustainable development of the village traveling .This article is based a case study on a small mountainous area which locates in the north of Guilin——Long Sheng county.It unions the theory development of traditional public administration,public management and public government, and proposes modernizational ponders of local authority behavior for public service in the development of the village traveling .
