The Study Of The ReBAM Construction Based On The City And Countryside Overall Plan Of Qingdao

To advance China into a moderately prosperous country in an all-round way and tobuild a socialist harmonious society are two major historic tasks in the new era of China.To accomplish this task, solving the "three rural" issue is the key point. China's centralgovernment proposed a strategic overall plan of the economic and social development ofthe urban and rural areas, based on China's actual situation. This article proposed an ideathat building the ReBMA in the outskirts of major cities and the development of tourismis one of the entry points to carry out the city and countryside overall plan proposed byour country and to solve the "three rural" issue. The problems of the ReBAMconstruction are analyzed on the basis of the study of the basic theory of ReBAM.This article is altogether divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction part, explaining the origin of the study and itssignificance for the research. It briefly introduces the research progress, both in ourcountry and foreign countries, related to the study of the city and countryside overall planand the theory of ReBAM, and constructs a logical framework for research under thestudying method of this article.ChapterⅡis the study of the theory of the ReBAM, explaining the concept ofReBAM and analyzing the location, formation mechanism, the building mode ofReBAM. It also explainsthe significant role it plays in the city and countryside overallplan and the building of a harmonious society.ChapterⅢis the analysis of the present situation of ReBAM. It starts from thepopulation, economy and tourism situation of Qingdao, and says that the ReBAM ofQingdao is initially formed but needs to be constructed and developed more quickly. Itexplains in detail the scope, the spatial distribution, and the tourism resources of theReBAM, as well as the planning, transport and the present construction situation of themain attractions. It also analyzes the problems and reasons occurred in the constructionof the ReBAM according to the present situation.ChapterⅣis the strategy analysis of the ReBAM construction. It proposes theguiding ideology and the basic principles we should follow in the ReBAM construction,as well as the spatial composition of the five tourism zone according to the axis structuraltheory. It also studies the development patterns, and the scope and key of construction.Finally, it provides us the proposal of the promotion strategies of the ReBAMconstruction of Qingdao.
