The data of Guangxi XL Company, which is gained by the research, is input into BICAS to generate some comprehensive enterprise business diagnosis analysis reports of the company, including the aspects of finance, marketing, human resource, and business operating. These reports are verified by the actual situation of the company for testing the feasibility and practicality of the system.With much maneuverability and expansibility, the fruit of the paper provide with a support on theory and software in some degree to the process and method of enterprise diagnosis.
