The Research On Intellect Auxiliary System Of Commercial Enterprise Diagnosis

The theory and practical of enterprise diagnosis has got a good improvement and application in manufacturing industry, but not in commercial enterprises. The design and application of enterprise diagnosis system in our country just could satisfy partly the requirement of commercial enterprises, but the professional diagnosis systems research aiming at commercial enterprises is rare. Due to its unique features, the usual enterprise diagnosis system is hard to meet the specific demands of commercial enterprises. This thesis is an innovation research based on this circumstance.Participating in the study of intellect computer auxiliary diagnosis systems of commercial enterprise, which is an item from postgraduate innovation in Guangxi Autonomous, I'm following the direction of study group and attempting to research intellect auxiliary diagnosis system, trying to provide some constructive suggestion about that.This thesis has carried on related analysis with PEST, 5-power model, brought up the necessity of building intellect auxiliary diagnosis system in commercial enterprises; moreover it constructed financial diagnosis sub-system with factor analysis, diagnosed strategic business with value engineering method and set up business sub-system with BCG matrix and GE matrix; in the end it diagnosed the organization of commercial enterprises with value chain method and built up organization sub-system with DEA method.Based on domestic and overseas improvement situation, this dissertation is divided into 5 chapters and elaborates in details the total constitution, operation design, the constitution and characteristic of other sub-systems, which made it more obvious and clear for the construction process of intellect auxiliary diagnosis system of commercial enterprises.
