Demand analysis is one of the important parts in regional logistics planning. So, the article chiefly researches into the logistics demand of logistics planning. Firstly, the article discusses the feature of logistics demand and the facts influencing on logistics demand and points out the purpose and the content of demand analysis, on the basis of defining the conceptions, which will be used during this research. Secondly, the article sets up a series of quantitative indexes for quantitative demand analysis and forecasts the logistics demand in Guangdong Province by the methods of set pare analysis classified prediction model. Finally, the article analyses the structure, the main parts and the distributing rule of logistics demand in Guangdong Province on the basis of summarizing of its basic economic status and its logistics development status.
