About Applying Of Item Management In Architecture Engineering General Contract

The article was written for deepening reform of engineering item organization and mode of exercise, constantly improving management level of engineering item,making item management more scientific and normative, adapting the need of development of market economy, and meeting the routine of international.In preface,the first chapter of the article,it summarized theory of item management. The second to six chapter told of applying of item management in architecture engineering general contract by linking my knowledge to practice. About the study method, firstly, it was combining theory with practice. Secondly, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, but mainly by qualitative analysis. Lastly, it was integrating theory of several subjects.I was engaged on item management about ten years and had experience of principal of all jobs in item manager department, minister of corporation item management department and minister of technology and quality department. I am Registered Qualification Certificate Constructor The People's Republic of China (major in house building engineering and road engineering), and was the item manager both of Zhong Jian Gui Yuang item (total cost about￥46,000,000) and the second period engineering of Hua Xin item(total cost about￥33,000,000).In order to push engineering item management in our country to adapt international item management, by combining my experience, I brought forward a whole idiographic reason of applying of item management in architecture engineering general contract in the article.
