The market for enterprise management is becoming more demanding, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, with smaller profits.To survive, Enterprises could only through improving the core competitiveness continually, to get economic efficiency from the management. Cost as not only a source of corporate value creation, but also the profits driver, the top priority of current enterprise management is the cost management.According to the discussion about current problems with project cost management of EPC, research how to carry out projects cost management of EPC effectively. Combine with the specific case of EPC target cost management which from Tong Fang environment, LTD to analysis, summarized the control methods through EPC project of entire process,all people and dynamic target cost management.Good target cost management of EPC project should start from small. Establish a full awareness of cost management. Project cost through the implementation of the prior forecast, period control, regular accounting and analysis, institutionalized, standardized, specialized and target the project cost of management, keep the dynamic management and good control of the balance of payments through the whole process, increase revenue as well as cut expenditure continually. Thereby achieve the objective of maximizing enterprise value and improving the quality of company's development continually.
