Performance Evaluation On The Recycling Economy Of YUNTIANHUA Group Co., LTD

With the rapid development of technology and social economy, people have created lots of fortunes, at the same time, they have also made environmental crisis such as deletion of natural resources, acute pollution of environment and imbalance of ecological system. Therefore, scholars from home and abroad make many efforts to research sustainable development, in hopes of achieving the goal: sustainable economy development, saving resources and preservation of environment.The recycling economy, an important trend in the experience of sustainable development as well as a methodology is playing an essential role in achieving the goal of sustainable development. In order to ease the stress of resource shortage and strike a balance between environment and society, in my humble opinion, the most effective way is the recycling economy.According to the idea of sustainable development, the traditional performanceevaluation index system along with the assessment method do not work as effectively as usual in those companies with adoption of the recycling economy. Therefore, building up a performance evaluation index system based on recycling economy, creating a evaluation model, exploring evaluation method will have essential practice and guidance meaning in the process of adoption, implementation and supervision of the recycling economy by companies.According to the actual measures taken by YUNTIANHUA CO.LTD to develop the recycling economy, the thesis do a comprehensive and objective research on the changes caused by adoption of the recycling economy, in hopes of setting up a scientific, practical and adaptable performance evaluation index system. Using this system, it is possible to launch an assessment on the general conditions of recycling economy and provide some guidance for their policy making. The first part has a demonstration of relevant concept, meaning and principle of the recycling economy and includes a brief instruction of the experience of it in general as well as economic movement mechanism taken by YUNTIANHUA.The second part is to, according to the experience of taking the recycling economy by YUNTIANHUA, on basis of the performance evaluation system both home and abroad; mold a comprehensive performance evaluation system from the perspective of economy efficiency, resource efficiency, social efficiency and ecological efficiency. The third part is doing a research on the experience of taking the recycling economy by YUNTIANHUA, historically and deeply by using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the last part gives some suggestions on how to develop the recycling economy for YUNTIANHUA, which can be used as references for the company to develop recycling economy, boost competitive power, and optimize the structure.
