| In latest 10 years, the Chinese EMS enterprises have developed much well, especially in the implementation of management systems (ISO9001,1S014001,OHSAS18001,ESD20.20,ISO/TS16949,TL9000,AS9100,ISO13485 etc.). Most of these EMS companies have implemented at least two systems now. With the implementation and operation of multiple systems, more and more issues raised, such as,how these systems interface, how to reduce the conflicts among these systems, how to simplify the documented system, how to enhance the management efficiency. And how to meet the peculiar customer requirement in EMS industry.Above issues trouble EMS enterprises now, and will go on.So researching on the solution to above issues has significant meaning for improving enterprise s profit and competitive strength. The thesis give a solution to integrate multiple system into one, and prove the inevitability and feasibility of integration. This thesis take the common point of all system(ISO9001,1SO/TS16949,ESD20.20,TL9000,AS9100,ISO13485,IS014001,OHSAS18001) as start point, adopt the process method as the base, develop an integration management system frame, main content as below:Briefly introduce ISO9001 spec and all industrial quality system, environment system, occupational health&safety system regarding its applicability and main requirement. Also describe the systems implementation in EMS industry.Plan and design as an entity, confirm the whole program, bring up the idea of mission integration, organization integration, documentation integration, operation integration, continual improvement integration.Confirm the integration method, build the integrated system on the process approach. Through process identification, process planning, process implemen-tation &measurement, process analysis, process improvement.Instruct other issues of management systems integration, such as risk management, culture consideration, application of info. technology. As the research of systems integration, this thesis is not perfect, but it still has referable value for domestic EMS enterprises on multiple systems integration. |
