Research On Application Of Value Chains Management

The third party logistics is still in the ascendant in our country, which is developed very well in the western countries. The competition is very fiercely in the home wiring industry, but the drop of the manufacturing cost is limited, so they will think to cut the cost of logistics.With the strengthening trend of economic centralization and globalization, modern enterprises will face intenser competition. The pressure they endure from competitors, suppliers, customers, potential competitors and substitutes will also be bigger and bigger. Therefore, the traditional methods of business administration haven't met requirements of enterprises. Due to this problem, Value Chain Analysis (VGA) method is put forward. This article is discussing how to realize the profit maximization between the logistics enterprise and the customer in the sight of the value chain management.The thesis starts from the origin and concept of the value chain, introduce the applications of Value chain theory in domestic and foreign country. And expatiate the basic content of the value chain theory, the enterprise competitive strategy theory, the supply chain management theory. Third, the thesis analyses the third party logistics effect on the Value creation, the important thing is the third party logistics effect on promoting the enterprise core competitive ability. The end, the thesis describes the case of the value chain management, and explain the good supply chain is how to reduced the production cost and the product payment cycle from it implement the value chain management and its innovation.
