The enterprise culture is the foundation for the enterprise's long-time development, and it is the fountain to increase the enterprise's core competitive ability. Under the market economy condition, how to improve the core competitive ability has become a basic rule for the enterprise's survival and development. At present, however, in the enterprises in newly establishing stage it exists universally that they have not yet attached adequate importance to the establishment of their own culture. This has greatly affected those enterprises participate in the market cooperation and competition, which has become a big obstacle for their survival and further development. So it is vital that those enterprises establish their own culture.According to the characteristics of the enterprises in newly establishing stage, this paper give an analysis of the exclusive requirements of those enterprises about culture. It discusses the current situation of their culture construction, and it points out the universal problems in terms of establishing culture of their own and discusses the causes responsible for those problems. This paper also proposed the superiority of their cultural construction, the constructive principle, constructive approaches about how to establish their own culture and the appraisal method about the cultural construction. Finally the paper elaborated the key measure and important factor about carrying on the cultural construction of those enterprises, so it can make culture construction of those enterprises accord with actual situation and obtains the excellent accomplishment. This paper will have a practicable influence on those enterprises in newly establishing stage.
