Research On Quality Management Of Logistics Enterprise Based On Customer Demand

Development of any enterprise must attach importance to quality. With the quick development of modern logistics industry, the logistics service is paying widely attention by the whole society in our country, but it is short of an effective theory and method to analysing logistics quality. For this reason, this thesis is devoted to study quality management of logistics enterprise.The present studies on logistics quality management in home and abroad is summarized, and reviewing the great theory of quality management. Based on analysing the present situation of quality management of logistics enterprise, combined the characteristic of logistics, the thesis advances factors and steps about the quality management system of logistics enterprise. Its basic process includes the quality plan, the quality control and the quality improvement. On the basis of above theory, the paper presents the content of logistics enterprise quality plan. Analyzing the feasibility of introducing Quality Function Deployment (QFD), it uses Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze the logistics enterprise customer quality demand and the method of implementing it, and take it as the basic of logistics enterprise quality plan.It researchs the quality control system of logistics enterprise from three aspects of the logistics quality index system and quality cost control, quality control measure. The paper sets up logistics working quality and service quality index system through Total Quality Management method, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the logistics' quality status. Analyzing the quality cost component of logistics enterprise, it presents two means of the logistics enterprise quality cost control. It summarizes the PDCA and 6a methods of quality improvement, on base of analyzing the meaning of quality improvement. At last, it explains how to carry out this management method practically through a practical example.The article enriches the theories of the logistics enterprise quality management and has certain reference value on the quality management for the logistics enterprise.
