The Study On Risk Management Of Transportation Construction Project During Decision-making

With the fast development of the national economic construction, the quantity of new transportation project increases quickly and the scale is gradually huge.Because the transportation project has some characteristicses such as many funds of devotion, large-scale, involve the noodles are wide, the indetermination factor is many, be subjected to the natural condition and the social milieu factor influences easily.There are many risk factors from making-decision to managing. Therefore, it is necessary for the project investor to carry on comprehensive and systemic risk analysis ,they can identify and evaluate the risk of all project stage and take corresponding countermeasure,thereby they can reduce possible disadvantage influence for risk factors to the transportation project.From the viewpoint of the transportation project investor, this paper give research at large to making-decision risk, The main contents as follows:1. At the base of the character of the transportation project, the construct period is divided into four stages :the plan and decision-making stage . the praparing stage ,the construction stage, the completion acceptance stage and the sun-up appraise stage , this paper also give the task process of decision-making stage and risk managing process.2. Some analyzed method such as project target, time, structure, environment, factor are introducted into the risk identifying of the transportation project. This article summarize some common method of risk identifying and give the production of risk identifying.3. This article introduces risk coordinate into the risk estimation of the transportation project ,and explain it through an example .4. This article advance fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP ,and explain the appliance of the method in the risk estimate of decision-making stage of the transportation project through an example .This article supplys a set of thoughts and methods of risk management,which will make investors have a whole risks analysis on projects early stage of decision-making and then take measures earlier.It indicates that this article have some practical values and theoretic meanings.
