On March 4,2020,with the convening of a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the "new infrastructure" pressed the "fast forward button",and the importance of data as an important production factor for new infrastructure was once again raised.In this context,District Y has gathered a large amount of government data through "society and cloud",but with the continuous development of informatization construction,higher requirements for data are put forward,and more valuable government data needs to be integrated.With the construction of Io T perception in District Y,a large amount of edge data needs to be managed,and the requirements for information sharing and business collaboration among relevant departments,industries,groups,and systems within the region continue to increase.Due to the lack of unified standards and specifications for the construction of various systems in the early stage,how to ensure the consistency,availability and ease of use of docking and aggregating massive data,improve data quality,reduce the pressure caused by higher-level data sharing and open docking,etc.,to promote the integration of data resources Governance is imminent.As an urban operation and maintenance investment company in District Y,Company Y will focus on solving the above problems through the construction of the BY data resource integration platform project,so as to maximize the integration,integration,sharing and utilization of various social information resources.,digital twin,artificial intelligence and other technologies promote the rapid development of the digital economy in District Y.This paper takes the BY data resource fusion platform construction project responsible for the actual work as the research object to carry out project risk management research,through the risk identification of the BY data resource fusion platform construction project,constructs a risk index system,and adopts a fuzzy synthesis based on expert review and scoring.The evaluation model completes the project risk evaluation,and proposes specific risk control strategies and measures for the project according to the risk evaluation results,which provides a strong support for the smooth implementation and operation of the project,and establishes a risk management system for Company Y and builds other informatization projects.It provides experience and reference,and also provides reference for risk management of data resource integration platform construction projects in the industry.
