This thesis will describe the research of strategic management about a large specialized IT Supermarket (Dong Hua Computer Mall) which has fallen into inferior position of competition gradually from relative monopoly standing.The present environment of Dong Hua Computer Mall was given a detailed analysis in this article, which included external environment analysis and tried to explain the chance and threat existing in outside environment by using of Five Powers Model, then let us understand "what we should do?"; in internal environment analysis part, we analyzed carefully internal environment of Dong Hua, which consisted of resource and capability, enterprise culture and organization efficacy research, and let us grasp "what we can do?"; in last, we carried on SWOT analysis according to the above conclusion and tried to find out how Dong Hua with weak competitive power should face present and future keen market competition.On the basis of environment analysis, we work out relative competition strategy. After making the policy to objective market and basic competition strategy, we determined a goal of building lasting competition strategy and basic tactics for Dong Hua, thereby let us understand "what we should do?"After competition strategy was made sure, we concentrated our efforts on building organization frame of strategy, and set forth simply some problems like plan, control and encouragement of strategy implement.The problems about strategy management to Dong hua in this article stem from reality completely, but when in touch of some actual commercial data, we did not record the true data but enlarge or lessen them in proportion.
