Study On The Measurement Of Government Based On Cost And Income In Reverse Logistics System

The environment on earth has been deteriorating increasingly when the productivity in the world has been advancing rapidly since 1970s. Our environment and economy was challenged gravely because resource was consumed in excess. It is truism that every tache in traditional logistics interacts are all bring bad impacts to the environment. In the recent years, reverse logistics is abroad regarded. Reverse logistics is blocked gravely in our country because it is common products and market can' t adjust its costs and profits. The thesis aims to make a systematic study of reverse logistics from different point of views. Such fields as its costs and profits, common products characteristic, has been analyzed based on the previous practices and interdisciplinary theories, including public economics, environment economics, game theory and sustainable development theory. Therefore, in order to establish reverse logistics in enterprises rapidly, government should strengthen supervise to reverse logistics and institute measures to correspond its costs and profits.Firstly, from macroeconomics, it defines the basic concepts of reverse logistics, analyses the reasons of product-recovery, probes into the relationship among forward logistics, green logistics and reverse logistics, and find out the difference between forward logistics and reverse logistics.Secondly, from the government' s perspective, the thesis point out reverse logistics have characteristics of exterior effects and protect environment through reference public economics and environment economics. Thereby, the paper point out the imports of government strengthen policy, correct exterior effects, protect environment and establish reverse logistics.Thirdly, from the enterprises' perspective, the thesis particula analyses the products' lifecycle through reference the theories of products' lifecycle. All of these are used to establish the basic of theories to study costs and profits of reverse logistics. The thesis analyses the makeup of costs and profits when enterprises establish reverse logistics and perorates the government should strengthen supervise to enterprises establish reverse logistics through the relation of game between government and enterprise.Finally, from the enterprises' perspective, the thesis classify according to the costs of establish reverse logistics and institute the government' s measures which aim at different characteristics of costs and profits.In a word, the thesis analyses the makeup of costs and profits when enterprises establish reverse logistics, then points out government' s actions to establish reverse logistics. At last, the paper points out government' s advices of management for enterprises to establish and operate reverse logistics.
