A Study On The Measures Of Reverse Logistics In Manufacturing Enterprise

With the advancement of science and technology and with the improvement of people's life level, consumer's requirements about product's diversification and individuation are more and more high. Therefore, the product's life cycle is increasingly shortened, and the speed of product's renew is more quickly than before. So people eliminate and abandon more product than before. At the same time, with people strengthen their consciousness of environmental protection and with the environmental protection laws is increasingly perfect, enterprise field have to seriously deal with the problem of how to handle the abandoned products. Hence, the reverse logistics be seen as a new research field which emerge as the times require, and become a hot issue which attract great attention from the field of theories and enterprises. This paper is just writer after I have read a deep study on reverse logistics.Firstly, on the base of previous articles and documents about reverse logistics, the thesis firstly introduces the concept and the kinds of reverse logistics. Then, the characteristics of reverse logistics are revealed when comparing reverse logistics with forward logistics and green logistics.Secondly, the article analysis the status in quo of reverse logistics .And then, from five parts such as the law, the economical controlled, and the value of enterprises, customers and the society to prove the necessity and feasibility of reverselogistics in manufacturing enterprises.Thirdly, in order to reach the Pareto Optimality, it is necessary for government to correct the externality using the law and the economical controlled measures. The economical controlled measures include punitive taxes and financial subsidies. And then, give some impulse measures to put reverse logistics in practice from the enterprises it selves.In a word, the thesis studies attempts to make an in depth study on reverse logistics quantitatively and qualitatively. It makes detailed analyses of necessity and feasibility. It shows the effect of customers and government on enterprise. Some constructive advice is also given for enterprises to set up reverse logistics system.
