The Influence Of Data Management Patterns On Informational Construction Of China Construction Bank

"Own customers' information, own the future".Customer-orientated modern finance management idea has made "the administration pattern" of finance data one of the core subjects in informatization construction. Harvard University Richard Nolan Professor had proposed the famous business management information construction stage division theory-"Nolan model",that did a detailed description to the characteristic of "the data management stage".Having drawn lessons on informatization from the advanced international finance fields, and combined with years of practice in informatization construction, China Construction Bank has pulled in the advanced data administration pattern, that is nationwide data concentration. It has proved in two years practice that the innovation in data administration pattern promoted finance data research and analyses in China Construction Bank, which also result in the progress in scientifically administrative decision making and the prominent improvement in core competition of the enterprises, turning into "data management stage" that the business manages information construction -"Nolan model" successfully.Being engaged in information technology administration for years, Luckily I participated in the activities which were the data centralization of Gansu province in 2001 and the whole data centralization of China in 2005 in Gansu branch, China Construction Bank.Both pattern innovation of data administration have driven great-leap-forward development within banking business. Pattern innovation of data administration is only a means to informatization construction. That how to steadily push forward the "mature stage" of "Nolan's model", i.e. the sixth stage , would be our ultimate target.This thesis,with research method adopted integrating theory with practice, is an deep analyses on the characteristics and significance of the data administration pattern of China Construction Bank.And also a research on how to take advantage of this "Data Center Consolidation" management pattern, while building an integrated platform for enterprise to apply information, to impel data concentrate from " physical " on to overall sharing method that carry out the transition of data. At this point can we deepen the road of informationization and improve the core competition of the construction bank's.
