| Salary system is an essential part of enterprise, which plays a basically regulation role to employee's positivity & enterprise itself development; Strategic salary is a system to build upwards enterprise culture and development strategy, which aims at making its strategy happen; The salary structure build on the basis of that plays a vital role on attracting and stimulating talent, improving its competency and achieve strategic target in the long term.Currently, TCL is lacking a competitive salary strategy and stimulated plan to match interior operating and managing strategy; It haven't take strategic salary as strategic tool to thinking and handling, even obviously embody the value-merit and distributed direction; To some extent, the further development of overall group Was influenced as well.The thesis is mainly to study the theory of salary management, taking TCL as example, enclosed the key subject of strategic salary, By integrating theory and practice two aspect, the author carry out overall analysis to the salary system of TCL so to find out root cause for better of feasibility solution brainstorm; Finally to achieved the development of group through salary strategy design. |
