Product is the life of an enterprise,which can provide certain products or services to the society,that's the reason why it exists in this world. But many enterprises frequently trap in this kind of question, which is ,customer not to buy their products while they flattering themselves. Why? The truth is actually very simple, enterprises view their own products is the same to the paterfamilias look on their childrens-how does to look how it is well, however, the customer do not know why your product is good, the best spot you said, which maybe not fit or suit costomer's need . Presently, many enterprises is very difficulty to integrate the product and the costomer's demand effectively when they carry on the product- design,they are devoid of the research on customer's demands, and the product-design is also not exact etc.Nowadays, human has strode forward the experience-economic time, experience-economy is one economic form of opening and interacting, which mainly emphasize the taste experience which the commercial activities bring to customers, its soul and core are the subject-experience-design. The new economic form proposes new requests to enterprise's product-design, which is doomed to have to take customer's participation in it. The product-design is the design for customers, so, it should manifest the trait of people -oriented suffiently.The author who worked many years in food field ,discovers their enterprise has not applied the customer demands to product-design, which they are processing . In this paper,the author will anatomize the design concept brand design function design and style design of product in Neifeng enterprise, and then, make some suggesting on improvement about it, through the research on relativity between product- design and customers' demand.
