In the new product development process of LS Company, how to analyze and construct the customer demand management system, to solve the practical problems that encountered in customer demand management, to improve the success rate of LS Company new product development and to improve customer satisfaction, to reduce operating costs, to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market, have become an obstacle to the development of LS Company. Therefore, LS Company urgently needs to analyze and research the new product development and customer demand management.This thesis takes LS Company as the research object and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of LS Company in the new product development. Base on the related theory of $APPEALS and quality function deployment (QFD), LS Company establishes the new product development customer demand management process. By using eight competitive factors in $APPEALS tools, this thesis qualitative analyzes the customer demand. By using the four stage model of QFD and the quality of housing technology, this thesis quantitative turns customer demand into product technical characteristics. It makes LS Company can get the real and effective customer demand and improve customer satisfaction and reduce the product development cycle at the early stage of the new product development. At the same time, it provides a reference for the new product development in LS Company in future.
