The Integrated Evaluation For Entrepreneurship Environment On Economic And Technological Development Zone(ETDZ)

In the period of global science, technology and the economic which are developing as a whole, the ETDZ is playing an increasingly more important role. With the reform and opening-up of China, and under the situation of the successful model of ETDZ, the ETDZ is developing complied with the arrangement of the reform and opening-up policy. The ETDZ has already occupied a very important position in our country. Not only does the ETDZ become a window of the reform and opening-up policy, also it becomes a center of economic development in an area.As we all know, innovation is the soul of the growth of a nation, and the entrepreneurship is the core of this soul. In some sense, the entrepreneurship environment is playing a fundamental role in promoting the embarking enterprise activity. Embarking a new enterprise is a new motive which accelerates the economic growth and has already become an indispensable part of the development of a country or an area. The entrepreneurship environment is key to the success or failure of an enterprise. ETDZ has already been an indispensable drive of the economic development of our country, and it is more like a Hatcher of new enterprises. So it means a lot for entrepreneurs and the improvement of the entrepreneurship environment to evaluate the integrated entrepreneurship environment of ETDZ. Through coordinating the enterprise situation of the ETDZ and the analysis of every aspect which influences entrepreneurship environment of ETDZ, this text constructs a concept system of the ETDZ environment. Combined with the practical situation, based on system theory and the theory depending on resources, I analyzed the ETDZ environment, and drew up an index system which can analyze the integrated environment of ETDZ. The full text is composed of 6 chapters.Chapter 1 is an introduction. This chapter explains the background, application and current domestic and international research on this topic. It also explains the study content and methods used.Chapter 2: Analysis on the present development condition of ETDZ. In this chapter, we defined ETDZ, analyzed its evolution, compared it with the similar zones, brought up and analyzed the core competitiveness of ETDZ meanwhile. Through the definition of embarking enterprise and its environment, depending on the system theory and theory depending on the resource, we put a characteristic analysis on its enterprise environment of ETDZ. Based on the analysis we also construct the ETDZ enterprise environment system.Chapter 3: The analysis on the composing system of the entrepreneurship environment of ETDZ. We chose the method and model to evaluate the entrepreneurship environment of ETDZ. First we analyzed the index system of entrepreneurship environment of ETDZ. Based on this, we chose the evaluation method, In the end we set up a model to evaluate it comprehensively.Chapter 4: Practical analysis. By sending questionnaires to the enterprises of ETDZ in Changchun, management department and the potential entrepreneurs, and by carrying on data sorting analysis, using the integrated evaluation model, and by using layer analysis to determine the percentage of each index. we appraised the ETDZ in Changchun comprehensively. We made the suggestion to improve the overall situation from the six aspects: the environment of infrastructure investment, finance, capable people, institution, policy, and culture.Chapter 5: The conclusions.
