Nanjing Economic And Technological Development Zone, The Capacity For Sustainable Development Research

In this article, I take the existing sustainable development research as a foundation, take science development view as the theory instruction, make analysis and produce the new connotation and integrant part of the economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability. According to the analysis result, I construct a set of evaluation system about economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability which is systematic and easy to be operated.First, the article summaries many existing domestics and foreign literature related sustainable development ability research, and makes contrast analysis, summarizes its good and bad points. These works provide reference for constructing the evaluation system next. Then, according to the sustainable development thought and the basic principle of science development view, the article produces the connotation of economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability. Finally, taking the economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability connotation theory as the instruction, the article analyzes and inspects the influence factor of economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability, designs and chooses evaluation target, constructs a comprehensive economic and technological development zone sustainable development ability evaluation target system, which cover the economic efficiency evaluation, the ecology benefit evaluation and the social efficiency evaluation.In order to confirm the scientific and the usability of this evaluation system, unifying the statistical material and other pertinent data of Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the article carries on the case analysis by using Topsis method and generalized analysis appraise.
