| Urbanization is necessary to reach modernization. The history proves: the increasing scale of the urban and the farmers who lost infield could not be avoided during urbanization. During this course the farmers lose their infields, the compensation expense of losing infield is low, and there is no insurance for these farmers. So the basic way is helping them get jobs. The problem of farmers who lost their infield is becoming an important issue for society and academe.Zhengzhou City is the capital city of Henan province which has much population in the middle area of our country. With the developing of this city,the number of farmers who lost their infield is becoming more and more, and it brings many social problems. Seen from the domestic, outside Urbanization experience, Zhengzhou Urbanization phase is the quickest time that the farmers lose their infields, and this phenomenon is normal. So we must make good economical compensation policy and employment policy to help these farmers to enhance their living standard,and it is also helpful for the urbanization of Zhengzhou city. So solving the problem of farmers who lost their infield is not only necessary for economical development and social stability, but also necessary for determining urbanization path and way. Further more, it also could make a good example for the other cities.On the basis of former researches and the analysis of the latest data, reasons for unemployment of farmers in the process of urbanization and the concerning solutions are figured out.. The data we use in this thesis mainly come from"Henan Stat. Yearbook", and"Zhengzhou stat. Yearbook", and"Zhengzhou Yearbook", and some data of"Zhengzhou Stat. Department". Otherwise, for describing the state of employment of landless farmers in Zhengzhou, the writer has made a research of employment of landless farmers in Zhengzhou and made full use of it. The thesis also uses the data of some websites, such as China Agriculture Information Website , Population Farmers Website and China population Information Websites.There are four parts in this thesis. The first part is the literature review, involving some relative concepts and some theories and some detailed parts of farmers who lost their infields. The second part introduces the current state of landless farmers in Zhengzhou during urbanization. It analyzes the course of urbanization and the state of landless farmers in Zhengzhou and their employment. The third part is the analysis of restricted factors of employment for farmers who lost their infields in Zhengzhou. It explores the phenomenon of unemployment of farmers in different angles. The fourth part puts forward suggestions on how to eliminate unemployment of farmers. We get some conclusions:In the Zhengzhou urbanization developing process, takes over for use the farmers' infields, and causes so many farmers lost their infields. Very many reasons cause the landless farmer to get employment difficulty, such as the policy of imposing infields of farmers who lost their infields and the way how the government cares these farmers, and the farmers themselves. For advance the urbanization of Zhengzhou City and help farmers who lost their infields in Zhengzhou get jobs,we believe the government should make some beneficial policy for farmers who lost their infields,and the farmers Improves ability and the quality. This can unify closely between Zhengzhou's urbanization and the farmer's employment .Then, under the urbanization impetus, population and resources realize optimization disposition, achieves the win-win situation.Anyhow, the problem of farmers who lost their infields and then lose their jobs is passive in some certain , the reason is the process is government-controlling urbanization. It is very different from the natural urbanization. But producing of farmers who lost their infields could not avoided and also the necessary part for the development. Let the farmers scientific, reasonable leaves the land and realize employment, this not only conforms to government's desire, also is the farmer's desire and the request .And if we could get to this goal, that is not only to accord the idea of scientific development, it is also the insurance to create harmonious society. |
