The realization of innovation of agricultural science and technology could advance the content of science and technology and the ability of market competition, accelerate the agro-output, farmers'income and the development of country.Now Agriculture of China contributes a lot to ensuring the safety of country foodstuff and the economic development. But facing the characteristic of the world agricultural development and the instance of domestic development, the agricultural of China is meeting kinds of difficulties. We must make great efforts to explore the new direction and approach of agricultural development. The radical measure is that we must accelerate the speed of agricultural constructs. Self-innovation of agricultural science and technology is the necessary demand of sustained development in Jilin province. It is an important strategic measure which depends on combining the situation of our country and the development agricultural actuality in Jilin province. Now facing to the great stress of population, resource, environment and society in Jilin province as well as the whole country, it could not meet the market demand only depending on the local natural and resource advantage. We must innovate the way of agricultural production, the new agricultural technology and increasing the efficiency of resource output and take the road of high output, quality and low expend. So there are very significant to study on self-innovation ability of agricultural science and technology in Jilin province nowadays.The main content of this paper are as followed:1,The author introduce the concept and the theory development of innovation and self-innovation and introducing the theory of innovation of agricultural science and technology. Then the author defined the research content of the ability of self-innovation of agricultural science and technology through concluded and summarized the known theory to confine the research area of this paper.2,The author analyzed the situation of self-innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jilin province by systemic way and found out the advantage and disadvantage of self-innovation of agricultural science and technology combing the actuality of our country.3,The author found out the main factors which are influencing the self-innovation ability of agricultural science and technology depending the self-innovation actuality of agricultural science and technology in Jilin province. The author tabled the main factors which are influencing the self-innovation ability of agricultural science and technology. It can be differentiated as four kinds as society and environment, the actuality of agricultural development actuality, the innovation mechanization and policy. There are twenty-one factors in all. Then the author discussed the factors in detailed.4,The author studied the influencing factors using the way of quantitative analysis named DEMATEL basing on analyzing the influencing factor. The author found out the key influencing factors of the self-innovation process of agricultural science and technology and analyzed.5,The author tabled a set of policy and proposition aiming at the key influencing factor of the self-innovation of agricultural science and technology and combing the actuality of the self-innovation of agricultural science and technology in Jilin province which are basing on the analysis way of DEMATEL.
