At present, with the development of logistics theory and practice in our country, more and more enterprises have a sound grip of the importance of logistics. Any single enterprise can not have top level syntheses competence all the time, the supply chain management mode which utilizes the world resource rationally and responses market demand is powerful instrument to increase competence. So the competence between enterprises has become the competence of supply chain. Under the supply chain management, companies are devoted to upgrade the core competence, considering the respects of reducing cost and increasing service, logistics outsourcing is a valuable approach, and it has absolute predominance. Manufacturers have begun to attempt logistics outsourcing which is a new management approach, but there is no correlative theory system which is suitable for the unique feature of our enterprises, especially in logistics outsourcing fellowship evaluation. Many companies do not attach much weigh to this problem, because of the constraint of logo and corporate culture, more enterprises do not know what to do owing to without ready-made and suggestive evaluation procedure. Furthermore, most of enterprises which was in the choice of the Third-Party Logistics (TPL) companies was lack of communication between them, was grounded on personal angle, did not account other benefit, did not adopt appropriate method to make comprehensive evaluation. Therefore it brought sizable operating risk and loss which should be avoidable. In view of this, accuracy evaluation of cooperative fellowship between enterprises is an important link which decides the logistics outsourcing success or failure.Most of articles that evaluate fellowship always stand by sponsor or the one in strong position, its significance is so limited that it could not reflect problems existed in sponsor and copartner attitude towards cooperative relationship which may break the fellowship, and take no advantage of logistics outsourcing.On the basis of reading related papers and referring the research results on logistics outsourcing home and abroad, and in the view of the whole benefit of both sides, the paper has focused research on model, method and indexes system of manufacture enterprises logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship evaluation, taken an example to use the theory. The paper has six chapters, the main content as follows:Chapter one, first the paper introduced the background of the study, and a review of research on logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship home and abroad was mentioned. Then, it introduced the content and the technical route of the thesis. Finally, it summarized the research results and shortcomings of logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship.Chapter two, firstly the paper explained enterprise logistics mode and definition of logistics outsourcing, analyzed the pros and cons of self-supporting and outsourcing logistics, and made a comparison between them. Secondly, it analyzed the theoretical basis of logistics outsourcing on the basis of core ability commission-agency theory, economy of scale theory and new cask principle. At last, it analyzed strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats of logistics outsourcing in manufacture enterprises by using SWOT analysis incorporating logistics outsourcing existing circumstances in our country to provide theoretical support for making decision and fellowship evaluation.Chapter three, the paper summed up the characteristic of manufacture enterprises logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship, made hierarchical division of it, and put forward a method of fellowship localization. Combining the theory above mentioned, it analyzed the influencing factor of manufacture enterprises logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship from drive factor, promoted factor and constituted factor.Chapter four, the paper analyzed purpose and content of comprehensive appraisal, advanced technical route of it. In accordance with characteristic, influencing factor and principal, it has set up evaluating indexes system, and an evaluating model that was concerned with experts from both enterprises was created. With the help of former research, the composite method which combined Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), cluster analysis theory was to ascertain the evaluating index weight. Finally, multi-hierarchical grey evaluation method was mentioned to evaluate fellowship, and the paper made a forecast of future of the relationship.Chapter five, the paper certificated the accuracy of related theory about manufacture enterprises logistics outsourcing cooperative relationship, and the practicability, veracity of evaluating index system, and method by means of an example.Chapter six, the main investigation task and something new in this dissertation was summarized, and presented questions that need to be researched in the future as well.The paper made a series of research from the shallow to the deep, from the theory to the actual, from"rationale, qualitative analysis, quantitative evaluation, empirical research"and so on about manufacture enterprises logistics outsourcing cooperative fellowship, and hope to make some contributions to direct manufacture enterprises in logistics outsourcing.
