The Research On Price-forming Mechanism Of Electricity

Electricity industry is the base of national economy and people live hood and the electricity industry is being deregulated in the market economy countries from 1980.However, the electricity price-forming mechanism is the core and key to the marketlizetion of the electricity industry reform. With the high speed development of china economy and upgrade of industry structure, the problems of electricity price-forming mechanism is occurred gradually .So it is meaningful to research on the electricity price-forming mechanism of China.The paper analyzed the foundation of the electricity price and introduced that the electrical energy production cost and the circulation cost. The electricity price is the currency performance of goods value , which are influenced and the restricted by many factors. This paper presented that the supply-demand relation, the market mechanism, the transaction cost, the way of transaction, the government regulation, the environmental protection are all the factors affecting the electricity price , on which the paper based to analyze the price reform history on electricity in China and propose policy and the suggestion related to the electricity price reform.
