Study On Performance Management Of The State-Owned Enterprise

Nowadays, state-owned enterprises always confront with the problem of low enthusiasm and efficiency. The managers do a great many efforts and focus on performance measurement. Yet it works a little. Therefore it is bound to be great significant if we scan state-owned enterprises' performance with a systematic attitude, which aiming to search the right idea the method, make breakthrough and innovation in performance management.Based on the recently research work and supplied by case research, this paper brings forward the systematic idea of reform state-owned enterprises' performance management according to the actual situation. The main points is as followed. First of all, the author brought forward the questions of the state-owned enterprise'performance management. Secondly, the author point out the questions of M Company based on the analysis of its'performance management. Finally, a proposal to establish a circulating system of performance management based on the strategy of the enterprise is put forward in order to carry out the performance management effectively.
