The Applied Research Of Partnering In The Electric Power Engineering

The paper did some study about Partnering application research based on how Partnering can be used in electric power engineering effectively. Firstly, the paper analysed the theoretical basis of Partnering, that is game theory and shared vision. Then it proposed a platform for practice Partnering-PMC rolling development model and a set of complete Partnering application flow on the basis of previous research. Secondly, the cooperarion risk of Partnering was decomposed, and by using fuzzy evaluation method to determine risk which was served as a reference when setting up incentive mechanisms, and a reasonable incentive mechanism was built on the basis of the risk management process. Thirdly, project management and cooperation appraisal system was established through fuzzy appraisal which can evaluate the outcome of Partnering and effect real-time monitoring; Finally, two cases were employed to verify the research results.
