Economics globalizing causes that the traditional human resource management can not meet the needs of the enterprises, which requires enterprises to develop their own management system and technology revolutions to attract, keep, inspire and equally treat for employees, especially when electronic and internet has been gradually playing more and more important role in the whole economics. Meanwhile, the human resource management system in the electronic times has been in front of the questions: how to make our enterprises survive when we have to cope .with the internetlize, e-business which mainly depends on the information system, especially the majority developed countries have already adopted it? Therefore, the brand new EHRM comes to the stage with using new tcchnology and keeping developing existed human resource informati system.Through the analysis of the background and the macroeconomics point of view based on the numerous researches and the findings, this article presents the trend of the characteristics, values and basic partners of EHRM in the morden society. Through findings from authorized academic institutes, it systematizes and analyses EHRM current situation and trends nationally and internationally. In order to being more specific and understandable, the EHRM has been used as an analysis example. From the microeconomics and challenges it is involved, this article will pcrfectly explain the reasons why the EHRM has to be acopted eventually and how important it is for the enterprises to adopt it; through the experiments for the experiments for every single aspect of it, which are plannings, setups, anticipative effect of practices. The questions of the EHRM and possibilities of the practice and the ways of improvements have be discussed. Morcver, based on these researches, this article explains the common problems existed in development and practice of the EHRM and provides the references for all the enterprises which are preparing for or have already adopted the EHRM.
