A Study On How To Perfect The System Of Land Expropriation And Compensation In China

With the progress of urbanization and industrialization in our country, the demand for land is increasing, and more and more agricultural land is being changed into land for construction, so formers of losing land are becoming more and more. Because the current land system of expropriation and compensating forms from the period of planned economy, with the development of market-oriented economy, a number of problems in expropriation and compensating have arisen in recent years. So it is necessary to analyze current situations of expropriation and compensating and give some advice on how to perfect the problems. This paper begins with the change of land system of expropriation and compensating, then analyzes its problems and introduces some foreign systems. Afterwards, this paper suggests some measures to perfect it.This paper includes five parts:1.
