At present, China's rosin ranks first in total output and export which includes unitary varitry of products. Although China's rosin has some advantages as a kind of resource to export, in a long run the singleness of product structure, techonology' falling, and so on have placed a serious constraint on improving additional value and been difficult to form countinous international compotiveness.. The paper studies the international competitiveness of China's rosin in order to propose some suggestions to rosin industry and enterprises.Under the background of the world economy development, the paper studys the rosin competitiveness in the aspects of supply and demand, by using international trade theory, diamond model, and so on. With the specific purpose of study, the paper introduces classification and application of rosin products. From the historty development perspective, it analysises the conditions of reform and opening-up back and forth, especially the factors, products, trade, technology, and so on after the reform. And then, by using the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the paper gives a profound analysis of competitive advantage of China's rosin, put forward the suggestions of changing low-level advanges to high-level advanges.
