Research On Lean Six-sigma Application In GE Company

With the development of technology and society,the requirements of the product trend to high quality,diversity and short fulfillment lead time.How to improve the quality,reduce the cost and shorten the delivery cycle time are becoming more and more important for most of the company.Why "Sigma"?
