Finally, the article describes the obstacles which land reserve organization will face when they try to use market-oriented financing method to raise fund, and suggests the corresponding reform.Based on the analysis of the background of the birth of land reserve system, operating mechanism, and financing status, and combined with the successful experience of land reserve financing method from other countries, the article proposes market-oriented financing will become the major method for land reserve.
