Research On Increment Of Innovative Human Capital

With the arrival of the knowledge economy and the new situation demonstrated by economic development, labor capitalization has become an important trend of capital movements. Especially national strength and scientific and technological level become a symbol of the increasingly fierce competition, China has proposed the "national rejuvenation through science and education" building "innovation-oriented country," and to foster "creative talents" strategy. Innovative human capital has become a real source of economical growth, which has catch the attention of the owners of capital, enterprises, universities and colleges, researchers and other organizations.From this perspective, by the combination of research projects of philosophy and social sciences in Beijing, "11th Five-Year" plan, this paper focus on the increment of innovative human capital issues, mainly related to three areas:First, the basis of increment innovative human capita: it is the formation mechanism of such capital. In this part, this paper presents a new theoretical framework studying formation and the increment of innovative human capital, from the framework, problems could be solved starting of each element. Second, the factors affecting innovative human capital increment. I build a CIPE mode. Third, increment path of innovative human capital.Adoption of this study aims to address the following issues: Construction of innovative human capital theory; how to achieve value of innovative human capital; how to build intelligence investment for human resources, train a large number of personnel with modern scientific and technological knowledge and innovation, theoretical knowledge. Innovative points in this dissertation:(1) Referring to the human capital theory foundations, this paper initiated a comprehensive study from innovative human capital levels, built a new framework of a comprehensive, systematic analysis of innovative human capital;(2) A factor model was built.
