An Empirical Study On The Role Of Innovative Human Capital In Economic Growth

In the fast development of the knowledge economy,innovative talents are the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industries and realize sustainable development of regional economy.The northeast region is an important industrial base in China,which is a bridgehead for central and eastern European countries such as Russia,which has a very important strategic position in the construction of " One Belt And One Road" in China.However,the economic development in northeast China lags far behind,and the average per capita income level is generally low,resulting in a large loss of talents in the northeast region,and the regional economic development and innovation are seriously underpowered.Therefore,in strengthening the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents,it is an important driving force to enhance the innovation vitality of northeast region,to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,and to realize sustainable economic development in northeast China.The article firstly discusses the basic meaning,generating mechanism and measure of the innovative human capital related overview.This paper reviews the research results of the research on the relationship between human capital stock and economic growth in northeast China,and makes a review,which lays the foundation for the analysis of the post.Second,through to the human capital on economic growth and influence mechanism of comparative analysis,the influence of innovative human capital on economic growth mechanism,the influence of the innovative quality of human capital on economic growth mechanism of the three parties in the face of the innovation on the impact of human capital on economic growth mechanism is analyzed.Third,the paper analyzes the relationship between human capital and economic growth in northeast China.In terms of empirical analysis,based on the cointegration theory and vector autoregression model analysis method,from the point of view of stock and level two empirical studies the innovative human capital influence on economic growth in China,tries to analyze the level mechanism of the role of human capital in economic growth in northeast China,to explore the distribution structure of human capital and economic growth in northeast China.Finally,the paper puts forward the research theory and practice of promoting the economic development of northeast China.
