Study On Stock Reconstruction Of Rural Credit-Cooperations Of Jiangsu Province

On November 2001, the first Rural Commercial Bank(RCB) of China----RCB of Zhangjiagang was established by the reform of property rights institution of rural credit-cooperation(RCC) of Jiangsu. After that, the RCCS of Changshu, Jiangyin were reformed to RCBS. The reforms have gained achievements by more than three years'practice. This dissertation presents the background of reforms of RCCS and tries to analyze the reasons of stock reconstruction of RCCS and reform practice roundly and deeply on the basis of theory of economics and lots of data.This dissertation is composed of seven parts. Part one presents the background and framework of the dissertation. Part two analyzes the necessity of property rights institution and the reasonability of stock reconstruction. Part three tries to qualify the achievements of stock reconstruction and analyzes the reasons of changes. Pare four, five, six are the core of this dissertation, which pay emphasis on the analysis of the reasons, measures taken and achievements of the reforms. Pare seven presents some useful advices according to the above analysis.
