Research On Value Chain Analysis And Cost Control Of The Thermal Power Enterprises

This text introduced the theories and development of the value chain and elaborated the theories of controlling business enterprises'cost through the value chain analysis. Then this text discussed the necessity of controlling the thermal power enterprises'cost through the value chain analysis. Through the actual investigation, we induced the horizontal, lengthways with internal value chain of the thermal power enterprise. Through the value chain analysis, we found out the point to controlling the cost of the thermal power enterprise. We put forward making use of the method of the activity cost value coefficient analysis and carry on an actual identification to the application of the activity cost value coefficient in the internal value chain analysis of the enterprise. On the basis of the point to controlling the cost of the enterprise, we put forward the measures of optimizing the enterprise's value chain based on the cost control: Perfecting the coal activity chain; Promoting the efficiency of the equipments maintenance activity; Lower the human resource consume of various activity; Improving the supplies purchase activity. At last, we put forward suggestion to the construction of the Long-term support mechanism of the enterprise's value chain analysis and cost control.
